I'm John C. Anderson. I moved to Boston in 1975 and bought my first Three Decker in Dorchester in 1978. I became a real estate sales person in 1980 and my brokers license in 1990. Since the purchase of my first home I have been working in one form of real estate or another. I been involved in sales and brokerage, investment and rehabbing of multi-family homes in Dorchester (Long term and "flipping") been a landlord and, since I worked for "Banker & Tradesman" researching condo development in the early 90's, have been much more interested in researching market trends and foreclosures. In 1995 I started a web site called "THE Real Estate Analyst!!!" and a mailing list dedicated to sale and mortgage prices, trends, and foreclosures that I ended in 2007. Some of the older entries to this blog are from the daily email that was sent from that site.
